To ensure that we maximise the opportunity this service offers, the LPC are working closely with ICBs,One Care, PCN Clinical Directors and GP practice teams to increase their awareness of the service and how they can benefit from it.  To date we have worked with the ICB and One Care to ensure that the service was highlighted in the GP bulletin and have a page on the GP Practices information website – Team Net and we will continue to work closely  with these bodies.
To further support the service we have produced two information sheets – one for Clinical Directors/PCN/GPs and  their teams which highlights the key points from the service and how they can use it and a second for pharmacy teams which has hints and tips to help them run a successful service.

BNSSG and BSW aide-memoire Pharmacy First

VirtualOutcomes Pharmacy First training for pharmacists and pharmacy teams and GP practices.

The LPC has paid for training to support you and your pharmacy on a variety of topics including Pharmacy First.

The Pharmacy First training consists of a module for the pharmacist and the team and a module that can be shared with your GP practice team. Once you are in the website please use your F code or pharmacy postcode to access the site.
